I want programme to open when pc starts up

I use skype and it used to open up when pc started up, somebody changed that on the pc, which now means I have to open skype up minmimise it on desktop, so if somwone rings they can get throught. how can I get it back to the way it was, does it make sence, thanks

In my version of Skype, tools->options->advanced and tick "start skype when I start windows." Failing that, you can always just put Skype into your Windows startup folder.
