I paid deposit, got approval in principle.

HI I have tried finding the answer to this but unable tolocate it on the forum, maybe someone can help..

I got offered an AH house by council, I paid deposit, got approval in principle from EBS and have had evaluation done, how long before I get full approval and what are my chance of getting full approval considering we have approval in principle?? Is it almost guaranteed or am I not out of the woods yet!??

If you have approval in principle, you shouldn't be waiting to long for your loan offer, unless your details have change since you applied for approval in principle, example you have changed job that might delay it a bit. Could take anything up to a month before everything is through

well approval in principle was less than a week ago, verbal and got letter, so none of my details have changed so can I expect to get the full approval?
