Am I the only one who smiles when I hear ACC mentioned?

Go on the lads! The financial equivalent of a Dutch centre back who intends to stop you in your tracks. No ifs, buts or maybes!!

Conversely, when I hear the term "regulated by the Financial Regulator", I laugh, but not in a good way.....

Could we make ACC the Financial Regulator?
