Is there a phone number that one can make contact with a human rather than being directed by automatic extensions and in the end no wiser!

I just contacted the number on the website - went thru the hassle of press this button, press that button & got on to the "change an existing flight" extension & a real person. They told me that there are "no phone contact numbers" for customer service & I would have to write in with my query. Sorry I don't have any better information for you.

Thanks TLC. Do we really need humans in many such situations? As an oldie it is sad that it is not possible to make human contact but i suppose that is life now.

I'm another "oldie" dewdrop - but would really prefer to speak to someone and I do resent having to write to them. Just as an aside - I was going to buy a voucher for flights for my son as a present but after the hassle I'm not going to bother - give him the cash instead (another old fashioned thing to do I suppose!!).
