Yes,read that they're not great also. I had a few questions for them before signing up to the policy and the best way to contact them is through their "live chat" option. Not ideal and takes a bit of time but when I eventually got to "chat" to somebody I asked them to call me and somebody rang within 10 minutes.....and knocked another few euro of my quote! I don't tend to have to contact my insurer throughout the year so I'm prepared to go with them. The huge savings on my premium are worth it for me. Try blueinsurance.ie, they came in second best for me but I didnt fancy signing up to a 2 year policy with them. Maybe next year if they're still competitive.
