Hi I am having trouble getting into the hubble part of the rte website once i get as far as the program the computer freezes. not to bothered about access but I want to e mail in my daughers birthday to them (she is only 4) and cannot find the e mail address to send it into. I have e mailed RTE but although I got a read recipt they chose not to reply!!!! Could anyone out there help me as I want it to be a big surprise for her
