HP DV6527 or the Dell equivalent?

Hi all,

I'm in the market for a laptop and am currently looking at this HP:



HP AMD DUAL CORE LAPTOP
AMD ATHLON 64 X2 TK53 1.7GHZ
2048 MB RAM 120GB HARD DISK
UPTO 559MB NVIDIA VIDEO RAM

I have priced the equivalent machine with dell (6400) more or less the same price in the mid 700s.

I only need it for fairly run of the mill home use.

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Thats not bad at all, good price and reasonable spec.

I got a decent HP last year (paid €1500 at the time). Really can't complain.

Be sure to check out PC World and the few other places for this HP. You might save yourself a few quid if you shop around.
