Can anyone point me at a reliable website/article as to how the SAPS payment will evolve over the next few years with regard to agricultural land in the new member states?
I've googled it a number of times and either it's out of date (i.e. pre-accession negotiations) or it only deals with this years payment.
I'm looking for something that will give me an idea of a year-on-year increase. I know where the subsidy is now and where it's likely to go in the next 4 years but there seems to be little enough information on how it is likely to evolve step-wise.
