How to value ESB shares for internal market deal

I have a number of shares with the ESB which are up on the internal market and closing date for submitting a price per share is up on the 14/09/2012 - Would anyone have any idea what sort of price to put down per share? Need help badly on this issue. Thanks

However, it is ok for people to provide you with general information as to how you might go about valuing them.
