I'm about to set up a limited company - could anyone advise what are the minimum reasonable accountant fees and possibly to point some accountants that would work with a new company ?

Are you sure that you need to set up a limited company?

Yes. The cost is not that bad - I assume that less than E500 for creation. Lower taxes than for sole trader. Better control possibilities. More safety.
