how to set the clock on a 2003 BMW 318i

Hi, Can anyone tell me how to set the clock on dashboard of BMW 318i (2003).
Need to do it on bf's car and can't put my hands on the manual! Probably very simple but don't want to go messing at it.

The knob on the right side of the dashboard (i think its the right one) twists!! Turn it clockwise to move it forward, anti to move it back!! If the right one doesn't twist, try the left!!
