How to review occupational DC pension performance?

Hi,

I am meeting with the pension advisor for my company today - first review since joining the scheme about 3 years ago, and I was wondering what questions should I ask?

Quick details:

Defined Contribution Scheme
Provider Zurich
I pay 5% and my company matches this
Age 29 - married with one kid

Fund performance, fund choice, can you switch. what is the volatility/risk of the fund. These are the basics, you should be reviewing fund performance regularly. At age 29 you have plenty of time to grow your funds
