~5% gross/3% net over 2 years isn't great.Out of curiosity 4000 euro return, that seems quite good given it was only invested for 2 years, what was the percentage gain?
Joe, I bought it in January 2020 and sold it in September 2022 so in reality it is more than two years. I put about 75k so the return was a bit over 5%.
You should try messaging them via myAccount first as I suggested. But if you have to fill in a form 11 then it's not that difficult since most of it will be irrelevant to you. And you can practice using ROS Offline.Clubman, it's not that I can't calculate the 41% of 4000 but I don't believe I could get away with submitting Form 11 and fill out just line 322, I think I need to fillout the fields related to my Paye income as well so I would need to understand how to do it as I'm not familiar with the process since with Paye only income the company has been doing it for me in the last 15 years or so and haven't done any tax returns.
