how to lay cat5

wiring the house with network cable does this get laid in a full circuit or does this need separate feeds to each point.
any thing else i should watch for

Seperate cable to each point - nothing else really, fairly simple.

Do ya know if its the same for the phone points

phone point cable could be run in a loop but its probably better to run individual cables to each point - more flexibility and easier to figure out where a problem lies in the future . If you are wiring cat.5 to each pc point its just a matter of adding the phone cable & wire it in the same fashion - probably easier than looping from point to point. Hope im clear !
