How to heat hot water with Oil boiler.

Hi there just wondering if someone could help me figure out how to work oil boiler in order for it to heat the water. Have just moved into house with oil as it centeral heating. Have it on heating the radiatiors and it is working fine but dont know how to get it to heat the water.

There is a switch on the boiler in the utility room "C Pump" is this related to it. And if so do I put this on also do I have to do anything with the hot tank. There are 2 red levers in the hot tank one is called super valve with open, shut on this valve.
Its a Firebird-S Oil Boiler. 50-90

would need more info on system ie have you 2 channel programmer zone valves, heating or domestic hot water priority.

would say the valve in the hotpress you mention is "summer valve" if this is closed your heating will heat your cylinder (hot water) only.
would need more info , mabey pics of hotpress to help with hot water issue
