How to get to Menorca

In the past I posted a question on where to go with a small child and people recommended Menorca. At that time we went to Turkey, but this I want something closer to home. So I am looking into Menorca for this year, but I can't seem to find any directs flights from Ireland.

Anyone know how to get there ?

Book a packaged holiday with chartered flight or fly to Barcelona and get a ferry over if doing a DIY job . Belfast might have direct flight if Dublin doesn't.
