Sorry if this has been discussed already, did a search but couldn't find anything. We're looking into renting out our apartment (was our PPR until now) and were thinking that the corporate lettings market would be safer than renting out to the public - so we're looking for an agreement with a company or group of companies whereby we will maintain the place to a high level and in exchange they can rent it for short (or long) periods for employees. I have stayed in such apartments before and in our view it would be a safer way of renting our apartment as we're a bit afraid of getting bad tenants if we rent to the public. Has anyone done this before or have any advice as to how we might go about it? Is it even common practice to do this or do you just have to take your chances with renting it publicly and hope ye get a good tenant?
