How to get ie domain without holding business

I wonder whether i could register with ie domain for my website but not having business in ireland. i do live in ireland. Is there any way out with this without having registered company in ireland

Register an RBN (Registered Business Name) at www.cro.ie

Then you can use that to secure a domain name at a site like www.register365.ie

Registering a business name with the CRO is the simplest way of doing it, however if the domain is to be used for an association, club or other non-profit type venture you may not need to go down that route.
