how to get a replacement for a broken ignition key

Yesterday, the plastic part of the ignition key for my car, ('00 Toyota Celica) broke off. Luckily it wasn't in the ignition at the time. I can't find the spare. I've done a temporary job of fixing the key, but want to get a new one. How would a person go about this?

No idea what part of country you are in but if close to Dublin then try Crothers 139 St Peters Rd Walkinstown, they sorted me out with a similar problem, they simply swopped the chip from the broken key to a newly cut key, job done ph 01 4567947.
 
My local Toyota dealer just put my camry key in a new case for me. He had to improvise a bit. Cost €30
