I have fortunately got a sum of 70k which was inherited to me.
I would like to buy a small house in Dublin that requires a bit of work. I would need about 35 k for refurbishmentI could get the house for €110,000.
The banks seem unwilling as i have three jobs bringing in various incomes.I teach part time with VEC and hopefully I will be full-time some day.
Even though my repayments would be lower than my rent they say they cant give me a mortgage.
Does anyone have advice and maybe what I could do. I would really appreciate it.

oh, they said my income was too low for 2009 but for last few months it is been good.
