how to fold a t shirt

Did anyone know this, Ive it tried a couple of times, and it works. Brilliant!!
 
Excellent, Works a treat ! problem is having to iron them first !!
 
Any suggestions on an easy way for long-slieved shirts/t-shirts (other than putting them on a hanger!!!)...
