How to find the owner of a derelict house

Hi

I'm trying to locate the owner of a bungalow that has been boarded up a long time just to see if they would be willing to sell it.
Any advice?

You could try looking to see if there is registration/folio details for the bungalow on https://www.landdirect.ie/ which is the online site for the Property Registration Authority - there is a fee per folio.
