Hi, I am looking to trace a pension I contributed to over 20 years ago, I have the company name just not the pension company, any advice would be gratefully appreciated

I'd suggest...
  1. Contact the company/former employer
  2. Contact any former colleagues you might know
  3. Contact the Pensions Authority
  4. If you decide to use one of the many third party pension tracing services that are available then make sure to choose one that is trustworthy and doesn't levy excessive charges
