I found a website called Graboid...they give you 2000 bandwidth as a trial and then its 4.99$ per month for 10000 bandwidth. Have to say i found it great. If you open it to play rather than downloading, leave it a while and then connect laptop to tv it streams it fine. I am assuming that this is legal...as I would not want to be watching movies for free as this will eventually mean no more movies!
