How to download a video from Bebo?

Can anybody advise how to download a video from Bebo? The reason is because there is one particular disturbing video currently posted on a page and the poster may be about to delete it.

Download the new version of real player. It allows you to dowload any videos from new sites (Sky, RTE) bebo, you tube etc.
