just to say this isn't a medical query, i'm just wondering how i would check out the ligitimacy of a hypnotherapist. I know in a way it's something some people may not believe in so it's not as factual as a doctor's qualification but i'm thinking of trying it to cure a phobia and i'm wondering if hypnotherapists etc have a register of qualified practitioners or something like it? It's a long shot trying it at all and i don't want to spend money on a con-artist!
