How to calculate savings of moving mortgage?

Thinking of moving from our current provider but a bit puzzeled if we will save in the long run after paying legal etc.
Can anyone advise how we can calculate the savings? The financial instutions all tell us different things so unsure as o the potential savings.

What is the balance on your mortgage, how long left and what is the rate?
Where are you thinking of moving to? Not many choices at the moment. EBS are an option and they offer fee free switching.

boi aswell but there 750 towards legal fees is ending at the end of the month

BOI said they would only lend to switchers with less than 50% LTV

KBC Homeloans also paying 1K towards legal fees & will do up to 80% LTV
