Hi there,
Those anyone now how to calculate the repayment per thousands in a mortgage. My lender provide me with a table so I could calculate myself how much I will be paying, but the rates have changed twice since, and I want to do the calculations myself.....My mortgage will be (hopefully soon) with BOI, but not sure which option we're going for, this are the rates they are offering:

Homeloan variable 3.75%
1 yr discount tracker ECB + 0.85%, 3.10%
rolling to ECB + 1.25%
2 yr discount tracker ECB + 0.95% 3.20%
rolling to ECB + 1.25%
Homeloan tracker 125 3.50%
1 yr fixed rolling to ECB + 1.25% 3.65%
2 yr fixed rolling to ECB + 1.25% 3.85%
3 yr fixed rolling to ECB + 1.25% 4.25%
4 yr fixed rolling to ECB + 1.25% 4.35%
5 yr fixed rolling to ECB + 1.25% 4.45%
10 yr fixed rolling to ECB + 1.25% 4.75%
20 yr fixed rolling to ECB + 1.25% 5.09%

Thanks a million.

Thanks onekeano, I have use that calculator before, but it doens't give me the option to say, fixed for one year and then variable...to see how will my repayments change. (apologies if it does, I have not seen it).
Another question is, in a fixed rate for a x amount of years, and then variable, I guess they re-calculate the outstanding of your mortgage everytime that they change rates, am I right here?
Thanks again

You may be able to estimate the fixed for one year/variable thereafter scenario by doing the fixed rate calculation first, noting the remaining balance at the end of year one and then calculating the variable part on one year less than the original term and with the end of year one balance. May not be exact (I haven't thought it through) but it might give you a ballpark figure.
