How to buy portions of an expensive unit of stock via execution broker?

Hi, I would love to buy even 1% of the Berkshire Hathaway Inc. Class A share currently value at 320K+ USD but via Interactive Investor or DeGiro I don't seem to be able to buy a portion of a share... Is there any execution only broker that allows that? I am thinking also about a Lindt share (60K Eur!)... Any thought is welcome please...

Think the B shares are also traded in Frankfurt, for the equivalent euro price.
