How to...Buy Food, Wine, Chocolate etc...online from overseas?

Hi,
I saw on the news a few weeks back that more and more ppl are buying food, alchohol and chocolate etc.. over the internet from other EU countries prodominantly Spain, France & Belgium.

My question is: (a) how do i go about doing this & (b) are there any risks involved? (maybe a link to a site outlining these could be given to me?)

I buy food from the US and the UK and it is not a problem. I just order on the internet and they are delivered in about a week.
Never had a problem.

I thought "ist" means you're favourist to that group? Like "raw foodist" - someone who is pro-raw food.

The website is allegedly 7 years old. If they were selling dodgy goods i think they'd have been found out by now.
