FAQ How to attach a document

Several sub-forums are missing the Attach files button and the option to upload/embed an image (only the option to link to an online embedded image via a URL is available):

@Brendan Burgess asked me to audit the forums again to check which ones still don't allow the insertion/embedding of images and/or attachment of files/documents and here is the list:
(Another oddity - why do only some of the forum links "unfurl" and show a preview while others are presented as simple text links?!)

My new year's resolution was to fix this.

I think it's fixed now.

If anyone notices any forums where Frequent Posters can't post attachments or images, please let me know.
