How to add a tax credit for a PRSA?

My apologies if this is a dumb question or if it has been asked recently.

I want to set up PRSA payments to Zurich. One will be for a monthly standing order and the other will be a lump sum. I need to arrange getting tax relief on this from Revenue. I am a PAYE worker [public service] Can somebody please advise how I do this? Is it merely adding a credit through My Account in Revenue or is it more complicated, as in must I also contact my employer with this information? Thanks so much in advance for advice.
 
1)For the recurring PRSA:
Relief is given via tax credits, so its all done on Revenue - My Account, who, once additional tax credit isrequested, (they may look for evidence of payment), will increase tax credits, which are then, downloaded by your Employer’s payroll team, and applied to your next payroll run.

This will also be backdated, as the increase in tax, credits apply evenly, across 12 months.

2)For the lump sum PRSA:
You can add this to your 2022 tax return, and claim it that way
