Hi, I'm planning to form a limited company.
This may sound silly but I can't find information on how does one technically pay PRSI and PAYE for company director?

Let me explain, I'll be the director and my friend will be the 2nd director.
I can figure out how one calculates tax and PRSI on the director's pay BUT how does one exactly pay it?
Is it by some paper form or online, is it monthly or yearly, is PRSI paid to DSFA or revenue?

Please enlighten me :)

You should go and talk to an accountant it will stand to you in the long run.

The Company will register as an Employer and the deductions PAYE/PRSI/USC should be remitted to the Collector General on the Form P30 each month. This can be filed online.

If you are drawing the same salary each month its easier to set up a Standing Order for PAYE/PRSI/USC and then at the end of the year when filing the P35 all the taxes are paid.
