How much would you actually get on a 100k redundancy lump sum

Know there are probably several posts already asking this question
havie been scanning posts but just getting confused so aplogies in advance


On a redundancy lump sum of circa €100k for a person being made redundant for 1st time, how much can you expect to actually get into your hand once tax has been taken out of it and other possible deductions

It there any redundancy for dummies posts or sites that would be good to be referencing about the process and entitlements and what to do and where to go etc

Can you claim back tax for part of the this tax year that wont be working for
