How much to replace flyweel on 2005 Audi A6 TDI

I've been told I need to do this soon. Anybody have any idea how much I should expect to pay?

Last month I had clutch and flywheel done on a '02 A4 TDI. Total cost circa 800e.

It was my clutch that needed replacing but my (highly trusted) mechanic strongly advised I replace the flywheel at the same time.

Use micksgarage.ie to get a price on the part itself and shop around for labour if you don't have a good existing relationship with a mechanic.

Better still, if you contact any of the Audi main dealers, I do believe that the cost of your repair will be done quicker and cheaper than a non related mechanic.

Audi garages have become very customer friendly, and as they are in the main owned by Audi, they are worth a try.
