How much to replace bumper

Hi,
I was in a minor car accident yesterday when I ran into the back of someone's car. There was some damage to his car and none to my own. We exchanged details and I advised him that I did not want to claim on my insurance.
There was a small bump and some scratched paintwork to his car. Worst case senario his bumper will need to be replaced. Does anyone know roughly how much this would cost on a 02 Toyota Corolla.
One other point and I don't even know if it is relevant his insurance was out of date. I didn't cop this until afterwards because I was a bit shaken after the accident. The accident was my fault so I have no problem paying for repairs but should I do anything about the insurance?

If he goes to Toyota dealer, car hire vat etc, should be no more than €800.00 all in.

Estimate should look like this:
Bumper Saloon €170 ish, H/B €200 ish ,
4Hours labour (€55 per hour ish)
Paint and sundries €140.00,
1 days car hire €42.00ish per day plus vat 13.5%.
