How much should I expect to pay to unlock an iphone 6?

I'm trying to get this done on behalf of my sister - but am living abroad.

In Ireland how much should this normally cost. She was quoted €80 from one person. Does that sound about right?
 
She shouldn't pay anything, just ring her provider and tell them she wants her phone unlocked. With 3 mobile, you can apply to do it online.

Sorry - maybe I wasn't clear in my original post.

It is my phone - and with Vodafone UK. She is based in Ireland.
A bit of a back story - but the IMEI on her device is not the one that is associated with my vodafone account.

Meaning I need to wait 30 days to get Vodafone UK to do it - or else just pay up now for someone in Ireland to do it.
 
Seems very expensive if the normal free routes won't work. I'd have thought €25/40 would be the max and fair payment for the work involved. Whoever does it, make sure they can say the unlock will stick.
