I know this is probably asked every day on AAM, but would anyone know how much of a mortgage would I get with the following stats:
Single
Salary 40k, plus Guaranteed 300pm expenses, drive a company vehicle, work in IT.
Savings approx 15k.
no outstanding loans or debts, good credit history.
Looking for a min 2 bed property in Dublin, prepared to Rent-A-Room.
Any advice welcome!
