I have a question regarding Mortgages. I have current planning permission on my parents land. The value of the site is approx. €400,000.
I am not currently in permanent employment, but will know in the next few months if I will or not. I am currently earing €27,000 and I am due for a raise soon. I also have €15,000 in savings.
Will I be able to get a Mortgage based on the value of the property AND if so what amount will I be able to get?.
