How much cement, sand and gravel do I need for foundation of retainer wall?

I have just found out that I cannot get readymix lorry to fill foundation for retainer wall in garden due to risk of weight of Lorry cracking driveway.

I have to mix the foundation myself now. Hpw much cement, sand and gravel would i need for foundation of a 28 metre wall 1 metre high.

what is ground like where foundation is being dug? wet, rock, sand. clay......?

A retaining wall is a serious piece of work that needs to be designed properly.

can u get a mix on site truck to park out front and get a few lads will barrows or rent a small dumper

how wide is the wall? Putting conrete blocks on flat so as wide as a concrete block.
what is is being constructed from? Concrete blocks.
how much material will be banked up behind it? The wall will have a metre high of earthup against it. its a sloping garden.
have u someone designing the wall? Yes. I won't be actually building the wall myself. I just need to know how much material to buy!!!
will it have drainage holes? Yes deffinitely.
what is ground like where foundation is being dug? wet, rock, sand. clay......? It is very dry ground, made up of clay.
