how much can i borrow in 2010?

Currently saving for deposit - Earn 32615 gross. Will have about €11000 in savings. Will have 17 months of a car loan left - repayments are €275 per month. No other outstanding debt. Excellent credit rating. Will be able to rent out two rooms in the house for an income of €5720 for the two of them. Any idea how much I will be able to borrow?

I imagine, as is what happens with a lot ofmpeople borrowing, you'll be asked to re-pay your car loan in full, so take this amount into consideration....it may be the maker or breaker of getting the mortgage (I know it was with me).

In fact, they were being so annoyingly correct about it, I had to get a letter from my branch to say I had repaid the €90 outstanding on my redit card!! hehe, if they were like this for everyone we wouldn't be in this mess!

If your going to have 11k in savings then you would have a deposit for a 110-120k house.
