I d say ul be waiting for a while. I dont know why they wont tell you, where you ARE on the list. HAVE YOU BEING APPROVED LONG? ANY OFFERS YET?

I got approved at the end of Aug 06. I've heard nothing from them since, but dont wonder at that as its only 5 months. The lady at the interview at the time told me to expect my first offer in about 6 months, but from what I see in other posts I'll be waiting a lot longer than that, especially seeing as I dont live in Fingal at the moment.

I know I'm not answering your direct question, but there's about 600 on the general list. I know I'm between around number 55 but I'm still waiting for re-approval since I've been on the list almost a year.

I had my interview a few weeks back and she was telling me there was about 800 on the general list and 180 on the local list. I did not make the local list, so looks like the chances of getting one in the next couple of month very slim. She was saying that there was alot of houses available in the balbriggin area.

Ive being on the local list for three months now. Havent herd a thing. Dont really expect to for a while. Your on the list over a year. Am i right to assume you havent had one offer yeat. I think its an advantage to be on the local list but il prob be waiting for over a year as well.
