How many barbecues last weekend.

So how was the June holiday weekend for you? Did you cremate the chicken, burn the beef, roast the ribs ? Was the fire extinguisher on standby? Or did it all go swimmingly. Anyone manage 3+ BBQ's over the weekend? Had a ball here, now got to revisit the gym to shake off the excess San Miguel, Sauv Blanc & marinaded lamb.
 
Managed to get 2 bbqs - you can't beat incinerated burgers and sausages !!
The weather was amazing, 24C around the Galtee Mountains area, plus thunderstorms in the early evening. Brilliant !!
 
just the one - the second she ignited the rain started, but whipped out the umbrella and cooked away.

Ate indoors but got out shortly after to enjoy the sun and the kids legging it around etc. etc. A little bit of bliss.
 
Was at the best BBQ ever on sat night, There was a full pig roast and bar set up, there was over a hundred people there. it rained alot saturday but thankfully stopped for the evening. there was also a bouncy castle and my 5 a side freestytle soccer/rugby team won the bouncy castle cup!
 
I got a bit carried away....2 sets of friends up and then on the Monday whilst Mrs d2 was 'walking' the mini marathon we bbq'd sausages for brekkie and then breasts of chicken for wraps for lunch......
