How long would it take a plasterer to fix, plaster and skim a single arch?

I want to change a single doorway from a kitchen to a dining room to an archway.
Standard height (approx 7ft I guess).

I think I know how this is done, it involves nailing on a expanded metal arch 'form', nailing on beading up the sides, plastering those up with bonding, and skimming it all round.

(I would do the donkey work and remove the old door frame).

How long would it take a plasterer, on his own, to do all this please?

I'm thinking 2 mornings max ?

(assuming he could be bothered with a small job)

The first day would be about six hours (remember he's got to close in the bonding). Next day, adhesive and skim. Skimcoat takes about 2.5 hours. Then cleaning up etc. Four hours.

That's a good point. Sounds reasonable. Would probably get the same plasterer to do my coving as well in parallel with this little job, so hopefully he could get on with some coving while the bonding is going off.
Thanks !
