how long to wait for letter of no objection from revenue

Does anyone know how long it can take to receive a letter of no objection from the revenue before proceeding with a voluntary strike off?
8-10 weeks was mentioned to me as 'normal'

impossible to say depending on backlog. no harm to give a phone call every three weeks to see what stage its at. handy to get name of person when you ring up so to have a contact to follow it up.

keep an eye also that you get everything in to companies office before next ard date

If you put urgent on it and ring them up they will push you to the front of the queue.

Otherwise 4 weeks approx seems to be the norm at the moment.

Have received them back anything from about a week to 4-5 weeks longest.
