Not sure if this is the right forum for this question. Myself and husband are both now on JA and at the start of Feb this year I applied to South Dublin Co. Co. for a bin waiver and have rang them twice since but they are still processing claims. A six nearly seven month wait seems a very long time does anyone know if this is the norm.
