Can anyone tell how long it takes to gift family home to my son?
I went to solicitor in September 2023 about this but there was a Revenue Judgement on the home which was removed in March 2024 as more than 30 years had passed so it had expired.
In April 2024 I paid 150 euro for transfer to consent to the Council and heard nothing back since.
Has anyone been through something similar to this?
