How long does NoFinancialAdvice.com usually take to respond to queries?

Hi,
I've been checking up on what various offers are available from various brokers for execution only lump sum investments and looked at:

[broken link removed] (via www.ferga.com)

It says you can send a mail or phone (I prefer the former as it's easier for any follow-ups) to enquiry about products not listed and I emailed them at the very start of the week but haven't gotten a reply or even acknowledgement regarding my contact.

Is this normal?

A friend brought this thread to my attention. I was surprised as we normally try to reply to all e-mails within 24 hours during working days. When I looked into it, I saw an e-mail in the spam folder which wasn't spam and may or may not be from you. I'll reply to it shortly.
