Hey guys I sent away my application form with the required documents, bank statements etc, nearly three weeks ago. Early last week, they returned my documents with a letter saying something along the lines of 'Dear Krew Bot, Halifax are pleased to return your documents' that's all it said and I've heard nothing since. Is this the typical procedure for opening a Halifax current account?
