How long does a ICB check take?

Hello, in relation to a loan application, when a Bank or Credit union do an ICB check, does anyone know how long it takes for the Bank to complete this? thanks very much...

the banks have their own access to the icb, so when they are looking at an application they will open the icb system and enter your details and try to find the right one.
they will then print the information out and then assess the information for everything, ie missed payments, undeclared loans of credit cards.
so checking the icb can take 5 minutes,
its getting around to do your application is what you will be waiting on.
